An exciting role exists to work as a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support within our clients busy IT department. You will be a recent graduate in an IT or related subject and have had at least one years previous experience in a similar role. You must have previous experience in network and desktop applications, especially in the Microsoft environment, Windows 2000, XP, 2003 Server, Active Directory and TCP*IP experience are essential. You will be tasked with delivering desktop and technical support to staff throughout the organisation. This is an ideal role for an ambitious person looking to expand their interest and experience in IT. There will be opportunities to learn on the job and training will be offered to develop your existing skills and career. You must also be in possession of a clean and valid drivers license.
